We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy Overview

At Pranali Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Products must not be damaged, altered, or customized

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or altered products
Intimate wear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items with removed tags or missing original packaging
Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage
Gift cards and vouchers

How to Return

Initiate Return Request

Pack the Product

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the order invoice.

Schedule Pickup / Drop Off

We will arrange a pickup from your address, or you can ship it to our return address.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status:

                            Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
Store Credit: Instant (can be used immediately)
COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

                        

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be charged for non-defective returns.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong size received
Defective or damaged product
Wrong product delivered

For size exchanges, please initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Report within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund

Important: Please take photos/videos while unboxing. This helps us process damage claims faster.

Day 1-2: Return Request

Day 3-5: Pickup Arranged

Product is picked up from your address

Day 6-8: Quality Check

We receive and inspect the returned product

Day 9-10: Refund Initiated

Refund is processed to your original payment method

Day 11-15: Amount Credited

Amount reflects in your account (varies by bank)
